GoPro has launched the Fluid Pro AI gimbal in India alongside its new Max 2 and Lit Hero action cameras. Sales of the GoPro Max 2 have begun on Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, and Reliance Digital, while the Lit Hero and Fluid Pro AI gimbal will be available starting in December and January 2026. The GoPro Max 2 features 8K video, 360° audio, and AI editing support.

GoPro on Tuesday launched its new Fluid Pro AI gimbal in India along with the new GoPro Max 2 and GoPro Lit Hero action cameras. The new Max 2 has gone on sale in the country via Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, and Reliance Digital. However, the GoPro Lit Hero and Fluid Pro AI gimbal will be sold on these platforms later. This launch came nearly seven weeks after the company first unveiled them in select markets on September 24th.

GoPro Max 2 costs ₹57,000 in India but is available for ₹54,999 with a 64GB SD card as an introductory offer. On the other hand, the GoPro Lit Hero camera and Fluid Pro AI Gimbal will be sold in India for ₹28,500 and ₹23,000, respectively.

The new 360-degree action camera, the GoPro Max 2, is currently available for sale in the country, while the Lit Hero camera will be available for order starting in the first week of December, and the Fluid Pro AI Gimbal will be available for order starting in January 2026. All three GoPro products will be sold on Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital, and other authorized retail outlets.

The GoPro Max 2 is capable of recording 360-degree video in 8K resolution. It supports GP Log encoding and, according to the company, can capture over 1 billion colors. This new action camera comes with replaceable lenses made of water-repelling optical glass. Furthermore, the Max 2 also supports 29-megapixel 360-degree still photography, which can then be edited in the GoPro Quik app.

GoPro's new 360-degree camera comes with a six-microphone setup. The company claims it delivers a "true-to-life" 360-degree audio experience. It also features wireless Bluetooth, built-in GPS connectivity, and 360 Studio Audio support.

The GoPro Max 2 features a 1,960mAh cold-weather Enduro battery, designed to last even in cold weather. The camera comes with AI-powered software that aids in 360-degree video editing. It also supports advanced features like AI object tracking and MotionFrame editing.

The GoPro Lit Hero action camera is a lightweight device weighing approximately 93 grams. It can record video in 4K resolution at up to 60fps, and also offers 2x slow-motion and 4:3 aspect ratio shooting modes. According to the company, the camera is waterproof up to 5 meters and comes with a built-in light.

For still photography, the GoPro Lit Hero captures 12-megapixel photos in a 4:3 aspect ratio. It also features an Enduro battery, which can record 4K video for approximately 100 minutes on a single charge.

The GoPro Fluid Pro AI Gimbal is a 3-axis gimbal that supports AI subject tracking for GoPro cameras, smartphones, and other point-and-shoot cameras. According to the company, it can handle devices weighing up to 400 grams. Users can adjust its mount to suit their needs. The new Fluid Pro AI Gimbal comes with fill light, offers up to 18 hours of battery life and can also charge the connected device.
