Ahead of its official release, Japanese auto giant Toyota has revealed the HiLux facelift pickup truck. In India, you can purchase this vintage off-road truck. It will be released with numerous new modifications in the Indian market soon.

The most recent iteration has undergone numerous modifications. The primary feature is that the new HiLux now has a mildly hybrid drivetrain. Inform us of it.

Among the worldwide markets, it is reported that Australia will be the first to receive this upcoming truck. It should be in showrooms by the end of March. Considering that the automaker is promoting its hybrid model in India, a facelift version might also arrive there later.

The new Hilux is a more durable version of the previous model in terms of design. To make the front face appear more muscular, it has been altered. After the modification, a black honeycomb mesh grille is now included. The headlights now have a deeper LED light signature and are smaller than before.

This car's interior has also undergone a lot of modifications. A wireless smartphone charging pad, automatic power windows, dual-zone climate control, and a rear USB-C port are among the new features added to the HiLux's interior. Nevertheless, the cabin's design has only undergone slight alterations.

Toyota has now added a 48V mild-hybrid powertrain to go with the 2.7-litre petrol unit along with regular engines like the 2.8-litre and 2.4-litre diesel. The mild-hybrid powertrain will be offered with a 2.8-litre diesel four-cylinder engine variant. The mild-hybrid HiLux variant will continue to get off-road capabilities with the carmaker's Multi-Terrain Select offering 6 drive modes.
