Naga Chaitanya Unveils Riveting First Look from 'Thandel' on Eve of Birthday Celebration

Actor Naga Chaitanya has unveiled the first look from his upcoming film 'Thandel' just ahead of his birthday, marked on November 23. Taking to social media platform X on Wednesday, the actor shared a glimpse of his character in the movie with the caption, "#NC23 is #Thandel, a character I'm eagerly looking forward to playing. Excited to be part of this team @chandoomondeti, @Sai_Pallavi92, @ThisIsDSP, and everyone at @GeethaArts. Shoot begins soon."

Naga Chaitanya, who recently made his Bollywood debut in Aamir Khan's 'Laal Singh Chaddha,' failed to make a significant impact at the box office. However, his performance in the action thriller 'Custody,' released in May, garnered positive responses. The film marked his debut in Tamil cinema and featured a star-studded cast, including Arvind Swami, Priyamani, Sharat Kumar, Sampath Raj, Premgi Amaren, Vennela Kishore, and Premi Vishwanath.

Apart from 'Thandel,' the actor is set to appear in the Telugu web series 'Dhootha,' scheduled to premiere on Prime Video on December 1. Directed by Vikram K Kumar and produced by Sharrath Marar under NorthStar Entertainment Pvt Ltd, the supernatural suspense-thriller features Naga Chaitanya as Sagar, an ambitious journalist entangled in mysterious and gruesome deaths affecting his family. The series also stars Prachi Desai, Parvathy Thiruvothu, and Priya Bhavani Shanker in pivotal roles.
