Both batsmen shared an 88-run partnership for the first wicket, due to which the UAE was able to reach a big score. Wasim faced 1947 balls to reach the 3000 run mark, while Jos Buttler played 2068 balls. Captain Aaron Finch, who led Australia to win the 2021 T20 World Cup, reached the 3000-run mark after facing 2077 balls.

This list also includes David Warner and Rohit Sharma. Rohit Sharma reached the 3 thousand T20 runs mark by playing 2149 balls, while Warner faced 2113 balls to reach here. Wasim has played 84 T20 matches and has scored 24 half-centuries with 3 centuries so far. He faced 54 balls against Oman today. In his innings, he hit 6 fours and 3 sixes.
