A few days ago, in a conversation with IANS, former Indian fast bowler Ashok Dinda had opposed the India vs Pakistan match. He said that as a player, I would definitely like India and Pakistan to play each other, but first of all, I am an Indian. Pakistan is repeatedly attacking our country. In such a situation, we should not have any relationship with it, a sports relationship.

Former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh has also given his reaction to this match. Bhajji said in a program organized in Mumbai that the match between India and Pakistan has always been in the headlines, but after Operation Sindoor, everyone said that cricket and business should not happen. We did not play with Pakistan in the World Championship of Legends. I think that until the relations between the two countries improve, cricket and business should not happen. The government says that if the match can happen, then it should happen.

The sixth match of the Asia Cup 2025 will be played between India and Pakistan on 14 September at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
