Under Article 142 of the Constitution, a bench led by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud issued an order to the Lokmanya Tilak Nagar Medical College and General Instructed the Hospital's Dean (LTMGH) to carry out the necessary actions to ensure complete justice in any case.
