Four people, including two forest guards, one candidate, and a broker, were arrested by SOG in the paper leak case of the Forest Guard Recruitment Examination, 2022.
During the Forest Guard Recruitment Examination 2022, there was also a paper leak incident in Banswara. In this, the question papers of the leaked paper were solved by the candidates at a fake examination center. As part of the ongoing investigation in this case, SOG Additional Superintendent of Police Bhavani Shankar and Deputy Superintendent Babulal Muraria along with the team reached Banswara and examined the documents of the selected candidates in the Forest Department office.
The SOG team has arrested Samuel and Suryakanta, selected in the Forest Guard Recruitment Examination, along with the candidate Pratap and the broker Firoz Khan. Suryakanta and Firoz are husband-wife. According to Jagran, Samuel and Suryakanta were appointed, while Pratap was out of the exam due to an injury during the physical test.
