Rishabh Shetty is enjoying the success of his film Kantara these days. His film has destroyed many records. Now in a recent interview, when he was asked if he would like to work in Bollywood, Rishabh said that he would like to stay in the Kannada industry only because the position he is in today is only because of the Kannada industry. Although Rishabh says that if the response to his films is good in the Hindi belt, then he will definitely dub his films in Hindi.
Talking about the future of his films, Rishabh Shetty said- "Kannada film industry gave me the stage to become an actor, writer and director. The stage where I am today and the appreciation my film Kantara is getting is only in Kannada. It is only because of the film industry. If my Kannada films are liked by the audience in Hindi or any other region, then I will definitely bring the dubbing version of my films as well. Today there is no language barrier in cinema. Kannada cinema is my workplace and I'll keep working here."
Please tell that Rishabh Shetty's film Kantara was released in theatres on 30 September. Today's films die after two weeks of release whereas Kantara is earning non-stop for almost two months. Although the film's earnings were very slow in the initial days of its release, gradually due to the tremendous word of mouth, the film started gaining momentum.
Originally made in the Kannada language, the makers released it in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages ​​on October 14, keeping in mind the stupendous collection of the film. It was Kantara who made Rishabh Shetty a star overnight.
Let us tell you that Kantara, originally made in the Kannada language, has collected a worldwide collection of more than 400 crores worldwide. It is almost two months since the release of the film, but the film's earnings are not taking the name of stopping.
In Karnataka alone, the film has left behind even KGF-2 by collecting more than 170 crores. From film pundits to normal audiences are also surprised to see the earnings of this film made at just 18 crores. The film has also got the best rating on IMDB.
