Rajsamand News: High-speed sleeper bus overturned after going out of control; 3 died, 15 injured

On Saturday morning, a serious accident took place in Rajsamand when a high speed sleeper bus overturned. In this accident, three people lost their lives, and over 15 passengers were injured. The accident happened near Bhava bus stand.

As per reports, a high speed sleeping bus owned by a private transport company turned upside down near Bhava bus stand in the district early this morning. A woman and two men were killed in the accident alongwith three others who were sleeping while traveling in the bus. Meanwhile, according to sources, over 15 passengers were injured in the accident.

The police were informed as soon as the accident news was received, and rescue operations were initiated at the spot. A passenger seriously injured has been admitted to Udaipur, while other injured ones are being given treatment at R.K. Hospital at the district headquarters. Investigation is underway in the hospital. The victim bodies have been shifted to the district hospital's mortuary in an 108 ambulance. The bus was straightened after the accident with a crane's assistance. This was said to have been an Ahmedabad-Bhilwara bus.
