Thief raped a college student in Jaipur

A case of rape of a college student by a thief has come to light in Jaipur. The miscreant had entered the house at night with the intention of stealing. On waking up the girl student, her throat and mouth were choked. In a state of unconsciousness, he raped her. The victim has lodged an FIR at Bhattabasti police station. The police have started the investigation by getting the victim's medical done. SHO (Bhattabasti) Vinod Kumar is investigating the case.
Police said that a 21-year-old girl resident of Bhattabasti has lodged the report. She is a student in B.Com's first year. She lives here with her family. On May 17, family members had gone to attend the wedding. Due to ill health, she did not go with the family to the wedding. She slept in the room after having dinner at around 11 pm. Late at night, a boy entered the house with the intention of stealing. He woke up after hearing the sound of banging.
Seeing the thief, she screamed and he caught hold of her. Covered his mouth with one hand and strangled him with the other. She fainted when she could not breathe due to strangulation. The thief who entered the house in a state of unconsciousness raped her. On regaining consciousness, the boy was found to be Jaideep alias Vipin. He ran away after being victimized two or three times.
The elder sister reached home from Jaipur railway station at around 1 pm. Handled the sister lying naked in the house in a state of unconsciousness. Called the relatives and informed them about the incident. After the return of the relatives, the victim got the case registered at the Bhattabasti police station. Police registered an FIR on the complaint of the victim. The police got the victim's medical done on Friday evening.
