Pooja Vastrakar out of T20 series against Australia

The Indian women's team has been announced for the home series against Australia. Pooja Vastrakar is out of the series due to an injury. Australia Women's team is coming on the Indian tour. The team has to play a series of 5 T20 matches here. The first match of the series is to be played on 9 December. Harmanpreet Kaur has been given the responsibility of captaining the team for the series. Smriti Mandhana has been made Vice Captain.
In a statement issued by the BCCI, it has been said that the name of the injured Pooja Vastrakar has not been considered. She will not be a part of Team India in the series. The medical team is keeping an eye on his injury.
All the matches of the five-match series with Australia will be played in Mumbai. The first match will be played on 9 December and the second on 11 December at DY Patil Stadium. The remaining three matches will be played at the CCI (Cricket Club of India). The third 14, fourth 17 and last match will be held on 20 December.
