Pico 14: Portronics’ Compact Smart Projector with Android 13 and 100-Inch Display
Portronics has launched its new compact smart projector, the Pico 14, in India. It supports 720p resolution and up to a 100-inch screen. The company is positioning it as a portable option for students, professionals, and entertainment lovers. It runs on Android 13 and comes preloaded with OTT apps like Netflix Prime Video.
Portronics has introduced the Pico 14, its latest mini smart projector, in India. While the earlier Pico 13 supported 4K resolution, the new projector has only a 720p display and has a maximum screen size of 100 inches. Similar to the older model, it employs Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology used in low-cost to mid-range projectors.
The projector is aimed at students, professionals, and entertainment lovers looking for a portable projector. It has the Android 13 OS and includes popular OTT apps, so there is no need for an external streaming device. It weighs a mere 250 grams and includes a tripod and remote.
The Portronics Pico 14 is priced at ₹28,349 and is available on Portronics.com, Amazon.in, Flipkart, and other major online and offline stores. It comes with a 12-month warranty.
As mentioned earlier, the Pico 14 offers a maximum 100-inch screen size, 720p resolution, 1600 lumens brightness, and a 30,000-hour lamp life. By comparison, the Pico 13 had 3500 lumens of brightness and 4K resolution. The new model can accept 4K input from modern media sources, but only projects HD output.
