NIA chargesheet against six accused in two cases, accused of spreading terror and conspiracy to create an Islamic country
NIA: The National Investigation Agency has filed an NIA chargesheet against six accused in two separate cases. In a case in Kashmir, four accused have been accused of spreading terror at the behest of Pakistani masters. In another case in Kerala, two people have been accused of conspiring to create an Islamic country.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargesheet against four people, including a Pakistani terrorist, involved in the killing of two civilians in Kashmir this year. A statement issued by the NIA said that Langu was also involved in previous terrorist attacks in the Kashmir Valley. He was working on the instructions of Pakistan-based handler Jahangir alias Peer Sahab along with his close associates Ahran Rasool Dar and Dawood.
Jahangir had inspired Langu and his associates to start jihad in the Srinagar area to spread fear and terror among non-locals with the intention of waging war against the Government of India. The NIA said that a chargesheet has been filed against Adil Manzoor Langu, Ahran Rasool Dar alias Tota, Dawood, and Jahangir.
The NIA Special Court (Jammu) has already issued a non-bailable warrant against Jahangir, who is absconding. On February 7, Lashkar-e-Taiba (LET) and its ally The Resistance Front (TRF) killed two non-local civilians in Karfali Mohalla of Shala Kadal in Srinagar.
