Mihir got arrested on Tuesday after three days of accident. He was hiding at a hotel in Virar. He also shaved his beard to run from the police. Mihir confessed that he was at the Tapas bar in Juhu, where he partied with friends, and near Haji Ali, he switched seats with his driver. He and his mother and sisters have been hiding from police since Sunday morning with phones switched off, and suddenly one phone was switched on, and police were able to track Mihir. A total of 12 people were arrested and taken into custody.
Mihir was scared, so after the accident, instead of returning home, he went to his girlfriend's residence in Goregaon. The license of Tapas Bar in Juhu, where Mihir consumed alcohol, was suspended for serving hard drinks to individuals under 25 years old and operating beyond the permissible hours.
