In an exciting match, when the team needed 1 run from the last two balls, the heart rate of every person sitting in the stadium increased and the winning run came out from Pramod's bat, after which B-Luv Candy, captained by Angelo Mathew, won the match. Named the title.
This was the fourth edition of the league. Till now in all three editions (2020,2021,2022) these titles were won by Jaffna Kings only. In such a situation, along with reaching the finals for the first time, the title was captured by the Candy team.
Actually, in the final match of LPL 2023, Dambulla won the toss and decided to bat first. In the stipulated 20 overs, the team scored 147 runs at the loss of 4 wickets. Dhananjay de Silva (40) scored the most runs from the team.
