Karnataka: Farmer stopped from boarding metro because of clothes, security personnel dismissed

In Bangalore, there is a story about a farmer who was denied entry to the metro due to his attire. Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited on Monday saw its video go viral on social media. (BMRCL) fired a supervisor of security.

The incident happened at the Rajajinagar metro station on February 18. The supervisor prevented a farmer from using the train service because of his improper attire. On February 24, a video that a passenger had taken of the incident was posted on social media.

In this video a person wrote, Incredible, is the metro only for VIP people? Is there any dress code for using the metro? I appreciate the work of Karthik C Airani, who fought for a farmer's right to be at Rajajinagar metro station. We need heroes like this everywhere.
