Jeep India is preparing to launch the Meridian facelift in the Indian market in the coming months. Before the launch, this three-row SUV was recently seen during testing on Indian roads, and some important information has come to light. Come, let us know about it.

Talking about the exterior of the Jeep Meridian facelift, changes like new LED headlamps, inverted L-shaped LED DRL, revised grille, and tweaked front bumper with silver accents have been made. This can be seen in the spy shots.

In addition, the radar module on the SUV is placed on the bumper. It is anticipated that the revised model will also include Level 2 ADAS technology. Inverted L-shaped tail lamps, a redesigned rear bumper, new alloy wheels, and other exterior modifications are probably in store.

In the spy shot, the interior of the SUV is also visible. A floating touchscreen infotainment system, a multifunction steering wheel, a 360-degree parking camera, dual-zone climate control, and a digital driver display are just a few of the features that the Meridian facelift shares with the current generation model. A new interior theme is anticipated, along with modifications such as new upholstery, air purifiers, updated air conditioning vents, rear window shades, and front and rear dash cameras.

Talking about the powertrain, the Jeep Meridian facelift will continue to use the 2.0-litre diesel engine, which will produce 170 hp of peak power and 350 Nm of maximum torque. This engine will be paired with a 6-speed manual or 9-speed torque converter automatic transmission.

The Jeep Meridian facelift will also be offered with a 4WD system, which will be available in select variants. The Meridian facelift will likely have four front parking sensors, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, blind spot monitoring, and a radar camera with forward collision braking.
