Preparations are underway to accelerate the supply of aid to war-ravaged Gaza under the ceasefire agreement. COGAT, the Israeli defense agency responsible for humanitarian aid in Gaza, said that the amount of aid arriving in the Gaza Strip is expected to increase to approximately 600 trucks per day on Sunday, as per the agreement. Egypt said it is sending 400 truckloads of aid to Gaza on Sunday. These trucks will be inspected by the Israeli military before they are allowed to enter.

Video footage obtained by the Associated Press showed dozens of trucks entering the Rafah border crossing from the Egyptian side. The Egyptian Red Crescent said the trucks were carrying medicines, tents, blankets, food, and fuel. These trucks will be sent to the Kerem Shalom crossing for inspection, where Israeli soldiers will examine them.
