Huawei has launched a new budget tablet MatePad SE 11 globally. This device is affordable as well as offers features like a big display, long battery life, and stylus support. Its look looks premium. Here are its specs and other things.

MatePad SE 11 has a thin and light metal body for a premium look. It comes in two colours Crystal Blue and Nebula Grey and measures 252.3 x 163.8 x 6.9mm, weighing 475 grams.

The display has an 11-inch TFT LCD (IPS) panel with FHD+ resolution (1920 x 1200 pixels) and an 85% screen-to-body ratio. The screen has a maximum brightness of 400 nits, a contrast ratio of 1400:1, 16.7 million colors, a 100% sRGB color gamut, and an eBook mode for easy reading.

Huawei has not officially confirmed the processor, but reports indicate that it could be the Kirin 710A or Snapdragon 680 chipset. The tablet runs HarmonyOS 2.0, which includes features like multi-screen collaboration for easy data transfer and screen sharing.

Other features include multi-window functionality, a children's corner for security and control, and MeeTime calling for video communication. The storage options are 64GB or 128GB, with RAM options of 4GB, 6GB, or 8 GB.

The MatePad SE 11 has a basic camera setup with an 8MP rear lens and a 5MP front-facing camera for video calls and selfies. The tablet packs a 7700mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging.

The MatePad SE 11 also supports the M-Pen Lite stylus for writing, drawing, and taking notes. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, and a USB Type-C port.

It also has a gravity sensor, ambient light sensor, microphone, quad speakers with Huawei Histen 9.0 audio, and support for USB OTG. The price of the tablet has not been disclosed yet.
