Decoy operation of PCPNDT cell in Gujarat: In case of revealing the identity of the unborn child, the tout woman was caught

The state PCPNDT cell team arrested a female tout for conducting a sex test of the fetus while conducting a decoy operation. While a doctor and his colleague involved in this case have been kept under police surveillance. Both these accused have been admitted to the hospital saying that they are ill.
ACS Shubhra Singh of the Medical Health Department said that we had received secret information that a woman gets the gender test of the unborn child done by taking money. She used to do this work in a private hospital located in Himmat Nagar, Gujarat. Upon getting the information confirmed, a team was formed for the decoy operation under the leadership of Additional Superintendent of Police Satveer Singh.
After this, the informer contacted Shanta Devi, a female pimp, and fixed a deal to get her to test the sex of the fetus. After the deal was finalized for Rs 40,000, the woman broker was found at Balicha Crossroads in Udaipur. Here the broker made the pregnant woman and her associate involved in the decoy operation sit in his private vehicle and from there went to Samlaji temple in Gujarat. After worshiping there for some time, took her to Himmatnagar in Gujarat. After wandering here and there in the streets for some time, she took Yashdeep to the private hospital in Himmatnagar.
On reaching the hospital, the director Dr. Mahendra Kumar and his colleague Deepak did a sonography of the decoy woman and informed her about the sex of the unborn child. On being tipped off by the decoy woman, the team caught the pimp woman along with the examining doctor and his assistant.
During this, on the spot, the doctor and his colleague told about his health deteriorating in the midst of the proceedings, after which he was admitted to another nearby private hospital. Police security personnel have been deployed there to monitor both the accused. Along with this, while taking further action, the team seized the sonography machine in the hospital and arrested the tout woman.
