Cheating 1.67 crores from 17 students: on the pretext of a job in military engineering

17 students of Bhopalgarh in Jodhpur were cheated. All the students gave the UP gang Rs 1 crore 67 lacks in the name of military jobs. When no offer letter came to the students, they realized the fraud. When he insisted to return the money, he was given a check for 50 lakhs, but that check also bounced. In such a situation, the students took refuge in the court. Filed a complaint in court. The case was registered at Udayamandir police station through Istagase. The police are now probing the matter. The students had given a total of Rs 1 crore 67 lahks to the accused by visiting places like Haridwar, Calcutta, etc.
Sunil Nayal's son Bhiyanram Chaudhary and his 16 other friends, living in Shikargarh in Nayla Hall of Bhopalgarh, have given the report. It has been told in the report that in 2021 he started a coaching center and fitness center in Bhopalgarh. After this, he came in contact with Varun Kumar Shukla, a resident of Pratap Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Varun runs a placement agency and he also arranges jobs in foreign countries. He told Sunil that there is a vacancy in the military, and he can get jobs for many people in the military engineering department, for this it will cost 11 lakh rupees. This is how he tricked Sunil, then he believed in him.
Sunil told this to his friends and took 16 friends into confidence to get jobs, including Rajlani resident Yogendra Singh, Manish, Ramesh Jakhar, Ramchandra of Kalawas, Sunil of Ostara, Prakash Chaudhary of Nandia Bawdi, etc. According to each one to 11 lakhs, 1.67 lakh rupees were made from the book. After collecting that he contacted Varun.
First of all, Sunil gave the first installment of ten lakh rupees to Varun at Arora restaurant in Pavata. After that, Varun Shukla was given 77 lakh rupees by going to Uttar Pradesh on November 2021. At the end of this month, 10 lakh rupees were given after going to Calcutta. And then on December 4, 2021, called Calcutta, took a physical test there, and 44 lakh rupees were also taken. During this, along with Varun Shukla, there were some other people including Nitesh Ranjan, Bhardwaj, Ajay, Naveen, and Raghavendra among others. The documents of the students were also checked there.
He returned to Bhopalgarh after giving the physical exam. Even after the passing of six months, no call letter, etc. reached the victims, so they were talked to. In July 2022, when the students put pressure on Varun, he said the processing would take time.
But seeing no job, the victims demanded the money they had been given. On this, the accused had given a check of 50 lakhs as a return on 13 October 22, which bounced when put in the bank. On this, he lodged a complaint against Varun in the court.
In the FIR lodged with the police, 17 people have been accused of cheating by cheating to the tune of 1.67 crores. The Udayamandir police are now probing the matter.
