Along with this, the government has also informed that it is also working towards bringing the 'e-Jaagruti' portal. This portal will streamline the filing of cases, monitoring, and management of their progress. This will ensure a hassle-free experience for consumers and other stakeholders.

It provides an efficient and convenient way for consumers to reach the concerned consumer court.

Presently, 2,81,024 users are registered on the e-Daakhil portal, and a total of 1,98,725 cases have been registered. Out of this, 38,453 cases have been settled. "The e-Daakhil portal is set to revolutionize the consumer rights landscape in India with its pan-India reach," the ministry said. Meanwhile, the government said it is committed to continuous improvement and increasing this platform to meet the ever-increasing needs of consumers.
