Assam: Heavy collision between car and truck, three people died in the accident; four other people injured

There was a massive collision between a truck and a car in the Udalguri district of Assam on Sunday morning. Three people died and four others were injured in this accident.

According to the police, the incident took place on National Highway 15 near Orang, Bhergaon in the Saikia Chuburi area. Actually, the car came from the front and collided with the truck. A police officer from Udalguri district said that three people died in the accident.

According to the information, there was screaming immediately after the accident. Local people immediately reached the spot tried to rescue the people and informed the police about the incident.

"The car was coming from Tinsukia towards Dimakuchi. Three people died and four others were injured in the accident," the police officer said. The injured people were immediately taken to the hospital. At present, the police have registered a complaint in the matter and more details are awaited.
