In the letter sent to the stock market, i.e. BSE and NSE, it said, "Adani Group company Adani Green i.e. Adani Renewables says, the United States Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission filed a criminal indictment and a civil complaint in the Court of the Eastern District of New York against our respective Board Members- Gautam Adani and Sagar Adani.
"The United States Department of Justice has also named our director Vineet Jain in a similar criminal indictment. In view of these developments, our subsidiaries have decided not to go ahead with the proposed bond offerings denominated in US dollars for the time being," Adani Group said.
