Ruslan has told that he is not able to get out of there and is badly surrounded by flood from all sides. Ruslan is somehow surviving by taking shelters from place to place. Ruslaan narrating his condition said that 'I never thought that I would really get stuck in Manali, that too without any network, no way to go home as all the roads are closed.
This beautiful place is going through such difficult times. I do not understand whether I should be happy or sad, thank God, feel grateful.
