Vivo is launching its Vivo X300 series, which includes the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, in India tomorrow, on December 2nd. In the meantime, there are reports that the Chinese company will soon launch the Vivo X300 Ultra in China. Though the company has not confirmed yet, there have been a few reports about the launch of the handset in the last couple of weeks.
Meanwhile, a tipster has revealed the battery capacity of the purported Vivo X300 Ultra variant and also disclosed a potential launch timeline of the phone. The model is expected to inherit many features from the standard Vivo X300 and X300 Pro that were launched in China in October.
Tipster Smart Pikachu stated in a Weibo post that the upcoming Vivo X300 Ultra could launch in China in the first quarter of 2026, meaning the device could launch between January and March. It's worth noting that the company previously launched the Vivo X200 Ultra in April this year, followed by the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro in October last year.
The tipster also stated in his post that this device could feature a large 7,000mAh battery. If this report turns out to be true, it will be a major upgrade in battery life compared to the X200 Ultra, where the current model has a 6,000mAh battery. The new base Vivo X300 and X300 Pro launched in China come with 6,040mAh and 6,510mAh batteries.
