The passion and artistry of Shailesh Ghanchi in the world of Rajasthan

January 27: Shailesh Ghanchi, one of the most versatile and multi-talented Rajasthani YouTubers, is a magnificent actor and a melophile. Shailesh is a proponent of advancing and gaining recognition for one’s culture. With his label, Shailesh does everything in his power to promote Rajasthani culture. Shailesh receives songs from numerous performers to release through his label; he selects the best songs and releases them. He releases songs through his label in genres that appeal to Gen Z and Millennials in an effort to equalise Rajasthani culture with other cultures. 

Shailesh has a sizable fan base of approximately 110k followers on Instagram and thousands of subscribers on YouTube and is performing remarkably well on social media platforms. In addition to the well-known songs Baalma and Teri Meri Yaariyan, he has acted in around 10+ Rajasthani songs which are well-liked by everyone. He believes that while Rajasthani culture is competent and capable of competing with other cultures, it is unable to accurately express its content. 

The melodious and euphonious producers Surajpal Singh and Lalit Patel, featuring Shailesh Ghanchi, RV Jagirdar and Muskan, produced a remake of the regional Rajasthani song with director Shahir Khan, “Resham ka Rumaal” with the exception of the hook line. On January 28, 2023, Resham ka Rumaal’s updated version will be available across all platforms. It is a song that was created in accordance with the genre which is prevalent right now and also includes rap. The whole song was shot in the scenic beauty of Osia, Jodhpur.
