The Poco M8 5G has a confirmed 50MP AI camera. The device has a thickness of 7.35mm. It will have a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC along with a non-removable 5,520mAh battery.
The upcoming Poco M8 5G will launch in India on January 8th. The launch event will take place at 12:00 PM IST, and the handset will be available for sale on Flipkart. The company recently teased its design through a microsite on the e-commerce platform, showcasing a dual-tone rear panel with a matte and vegan leather finish.
The Poco M8 5G is known to measure a thickness of 7.35mm and weigh around 178 grams. It will arrive with a 50MP AI-enabled primary camera. It flaunts a camera module in a boxy shape at the back, which accommodates two camera sensors and an LED flash.
The Poco M8 5G is rumored to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 15 5G. If this is true, it could feature a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 3200 nits. The display is likely to have Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection.
