Sukesh accused the judge of bias in the petition

Delhi's Patiala House Court reprimanded Mahathug Sukesh Chandrasekhar on Saturday. Sukesh had accused the judge hearing the 200 crore money laundering case of bias. He had filed a petition in the court demanding the transfer of the case to another judge. Expressing displeasure over his plea, the court said that the accused had no right to comment on the presiding officer.
Court said that if you get relief then the court is good, but if you don't get relief then the court is biased, and this petition is baseless. The court refused to hear Sukesh's plea. On the other hand, the court has also extended the judicial custody of Sukesh till March 31 in the money laundering case.
Earlier, Sukesh was produced in the Patiala court on March 10 in connection with the money laundering case. Then the court extended the judicial custody of Sukesh. Along with this, the court had ordered Sukesh to appear on March 18 through video conferencing.
Last year, the ED had filed a charge sheet against Sukesh Chandrasekhar and others in a Rs 200 crore money laundering case. According to the allegation, Sukesh had extorted money from the wife of a businessman while serving his sentence in Tihar Jail.
In this extortion case, ED had recorded Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi as witnesses, so the investigating agency keeps calling them for questioning again and again. Apart from Jacqueline and Nora, Sukesh has also tried to trap Chahat Khanna and Nikki Tamboli in his trap. Although all these actresses have recorded their statements against Sukesh. Everyone is of the same opinion that Sukesh has cheated them.
