World Cup Final 2025 will be played at the new stadium in Chandigarh, Team India has not played any match here
Women's ODI World Cup final 2025: The final of the Women's ODI World Cup will be played this year at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Mullanpur
The host for this year's Women's ODI World Cup final is the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Mullanpur. The tournament will be held from September 29 to October 26, as per a report. The eight-team tournament will be held in India, with matches to be hosted by Visakhapatnam, Thiruvananthapuram, Raipur, and Indore in addition to Mullanpur, an open-air stadium located on the outskirts of Chandigarh.
No women's international match has been held in Mullanpur, Thiruvananthapuram, and Raipur yet. Two women's ODI games, including a 1997 World Cup game, have been hosted by Indore's Nehru Stadium. But this time World Cup games can be held at Holkar Stadium. ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam is the only one that has hosted six women's T20 and five women's ODI games, the last of which was in 2014.
Australia, England, New Zealand, South Africa, and Sri Lanka, along with hosts India, have already qualified for the event. The last two teams will be decided through the Women's World Cup Qualifiers, which will be played in Lahore from April 9. If Pakistan qualifies, the World Cup will be held in a hybrid model, with Pakistan's matches likely to be played in either the UAE or Sri Lanka. The BCCI and the PCB had reached a mutual agreement for the 2025 men's Champions Trophy.
