On February 27, 2024, Skoda Auto India is scheduled to introduce the Enyaq to the Indian market. The business debuted its first electric vehicle at the Bharat Mobility Expo, which was held recently. Skoda is going to make its debut in the Indian EV market with this electric SUV.

The Skoda Enyaq, which will be unveiled globally in 2022, will come to the Indian market via the completely built (CBU) route. It was created by the company using the same MEB platform that VW ID.4 shares. This is soon to make its debut in the Indian market as well.

Unlike Skoda's flagship SUV, the Kodiaq, which has two rows, the Enyaq has a spacious yet compact profile with a wheelbase of 2,765 mm, length of 4,648 mm, width of 1,877 mm, and height of 1,618 mm.

In terms of appearance, the Enyaq boasts aerodynamic alloy wheels, a contrast black insert, sweptback LED headlamps, and an illuminated grille. A shark-fin antenna, integrated spoiler, Skoda lettering, a number plate recess on the tailboard and wraparound two-piece LED taillights are also offered.

Regarding the interior, several contemporary features are anticipated to be available in the Enyaq, such as a multifunction steering wheel, dual all-digital displays, a 360-degree camera, and an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS).

Enyaq is available in five trim levels worldwide; however, eight variants of the Enyaq EV are anticipated to be offered in India. Its 77 kWh battery pack allows it to have a 500 km claimed range according to WLTP.

The Enyaq will be available with an electric motor mounted at the back that can produce up to 200 horsepower and 310 Nm of peak torque. With this, reaching a top speed of 100 km/h in 8.5 seconds is possible.
