Oppo A6x Tipped With 120Hz Display, 6,500mAh Battery, Dimensity 6300
Oppo is expected to launch its new budget smartphone, the Oppo A6x, in India soon. This phone is believed to be the successor to the Oppo A5x 5G. Leaks suggest it could feature a larger battery, a 120Hz display, a MediaTek Dimensity chip, and 45W fast charging. The price is also expected to be affordable.
The Oppo A6x is likely to replace the existing Oppo A5x 5G model from the company, which launched in India back in May this year. It went on sale in India in only a single 4GB+128GB variant priced at ₹13,999, and now its successor seems ready for launch. Recent rumors indicated that Oppo might soon expand its budget portfolio. Along with the recently leaked pricing details, the tipster previously revealed key specifications of the upcoming handset, which gives us a clear picture of what to expect from the alleged Oppo A6x.
According to a post by tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd), the Oppo A6x could be priced in India at ₹12,499 for the 4GB + 64GB RAM and storage configuration. The tipster further added that the 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB variants of the handset are expected to be priced at ₹13,499 and ₹14,999, respectively.
Earlier this week, the same tipster claimed that the Oppo A6x could feature a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The handset is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. The phone is expected to run on Android 15-based ColorOS 15.

A leaked promotional image shared by a tipster suggests that the phone may feature a vertical pill-shaped camera module at the top-left corner of the back. It may be available in Gray and Light Blue color options.
