The first employee of the company is Pragya Mishra, who is currently working at Truecaller as the Director of Public Affairs. As of this month's end, she will be able to assume the role. As per the report, Pragya Mishra will assume the role of Head of Public Policy Affairs for OpenAI in India.

At a time when deepfakes and artificial intelligence are being abused, OpenAI has made this decision. However, artificial intelligence is also employed in election-related processes. Pragya Mishra's leadership will be crucial in this kind of circumstance. Pragya Mishra has held significant roles at Meta and Truecaller.

According to her LinkedIn profile, she has been associated with Truecaller since July 2021 and serves as the Director of Public Affairs for Truecaller. Before joining Truecaller, he worked for three years as a communications manager with Facebook's parent company Meta. Apart from this, Pragya Mishra has also worked with Ernst & Young and the Royal Danish Embassy in New Delhi.
