New TVS XL100 HD Alloy launched with new look and features, learn the price

TVS Motor Company has introduced a new version of India's most reliable moped, i.e., the TVS XL100 HD Alloy. It is priced at ₹65,000 approx. The new model offers a perfect combination of strength, style, and technology, making it more practical and attractive for everyday riding.

This moped now comes with 16-inch alloy wheels and tubeless tires, providing increased strength and safety. It also features a new LED headlamp, providing better visibility at night. New graphics, redesigned taillights, and an all-black muffler give it a modern look while retaining its rugged identity.

The new XL100 HD Alloy features a detachable seat, allowing for more cargo space. A larger floorboard, a mobile charging port, and a high-grip textured seat make it even more comfortable. Front telescopic suspension and rear swing-arm suspension provide a smooth riding experience even on rough terrain.

The moped features ETFi (Eco Thrust Fuel Injection) technology, which delivers 15 percent more fuel efficiency. It also has a tilt sensor, which shuts down the engine automatically within 3 seconds when the car tips over. This functionality is essential for safety.

This scooter is driven by a 99.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, 4-stroke engine that develops 4.3 bhp of power at 6000 rpm and 6.5 Nm of torque at 3500 rpm. Its maximum speed is 58 km/h. It has a centrifugal weight clutch and chain drive transmission, which makes it strong and simple to ride.

The curb weight of the moped is as low as 89 kg, yet it can tow as much as 150 kg easily. Its load capacity is a maximum of 239 kg, and thus it is ideal for both private and commercial use. It has a 4-liter fuel tank capacity, which ensures easy long-distance travel.

The new XL100 HD Alloy will be available in three colors: Red, Blue, and Gray. The TVS XL100 is available in several variants, with prices starting at just over ₹47,500 (ex-showroom). Which goes up to a little more than Rs 63,500 (ex-showroom) for the top variant.
