US Navy Begins Blockade of Strait of Hormuz
The United States has begun a naval blockade in the Strait of Hormuz, a move ordered by President Donald Trump that came into effect on Tuesday evening.
Trump issued a strong warning, stating that any Iranian ship approaching the blockade area will be immediately destroyed using aggressive tactics similar to those used against drug smugglers at sea. All vessels attempting to pass through the strait will now be stopped and inspected, especially those suspected of paying tolls to Iran.
