In Karnataka, a teacher allegedly telling a student to go to Pakistan cost him dearly. A teacher at an Urdu government school in Shivamogga district allegedly asked students to go to Pakistan to create a ruckus in the classroom. After this matter came to light, the teacher was transferred.

According to sources in the Education Department of Karnataka, this incident has been reported on 30 August. Sources also said that the teacher got upset due to the noise created by the students in the class. In anger, he scolded the children and told them to go to Pakistan if they did not want to study.

According to sources, some children informed their parents about this matter. Parents expressed strong objections to this matter. As soon as this matter reached the higher authorities, they ordered a departmental inquiry against the teacher and transferred him to Hassan.
