Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur's big statement on Test cricket, "The women's team should play more Test matches"

Emphasizing Test cricket, Indian women's team captain Harmanpreet Kaur has called for the team to play the longest format in international and domestic cricket as much as possible. The Indian team has only a few Test matches to play in the 2022-25 Future Tours Program (FTP).
Harmanpreet said that this year we have to play only one Test match each against England and Australia. I hope these two matches make a big impact on women's cricket and we get to play more Test matches in the future. The Indian captain further said that we have to bring back Test matches in women's cricket as it is very important for women's cricket.
Even as a player, I want to play more Test cricket. Because we have grown up watching Test matches on TV rather than T20s. There is a lot of T20 cricket going on at the moment, but Test cricket is the format that every cricketer wants to play.
