Huawei has launched the new MatePad 11.5 (2026) tablet in China, running HarmonyOS 5.1. It features an 11.5-inch LCD screen with a 2.5K resolution and 600 nits of brightness. It comes with a Kirin T82B chipset, a 10,100mAh battery, 12GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. It also features M-Pencil support and four speakers. Its starting price is CNY 1,799 (approximately ₹22,000). A soft light edition is also available for eye protection.

Notably, the tablet is also available in a Soft Light Edition variant, featuring an eye-protecting Cloud Clear Soft Light screen, which is claimed to reduce eye fatigue by up to 34 percent and improve tear film stability by 22 percent. While the standard version of the MatePad 11.5 features a Kirin T82B processor, the Soft Light Edition uses a Kirin T82 chipset.

In terms of camera, the MatePad 11.5 features a 13-megapixel rear camera, while an 8-megapixel front camera is provided for selfies. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, and a USB Type-C port. The tablet packs a 10,100mAh battery with 40W fast charging support.
