FIR against Rahul Gandhi amid Bharat Jodo Yatra; Accused of stealing music of KGF-2

A case has been registered against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi under the Copyright Act. A complaint has been filed against him that the music of KGF-2 has been used in many of the videos which were made to be shared on social media in the promotion of the Bharat Jodo Yatra.
Actually, Rahul Gandhi is busy these days with India Jodi Yatra. Rahul and Congress leaders are campaigning for this yatra even before the elections. Music from KGF-2 has been used in some videos of this journey. Because of this KGF-2 fame music label, MRT Music has filed a complaint under the Copyright Act.
The music company has claimed that Congress has used the music of the film without the permission of the makers or the soundtrack. The company also made a statement that the company had paid a hefty amount to get the rights to the Hindi version of KGF 2, but Congress used the soundtrack in the Bharat Jodo Yatra campaign without any license for political agenda and marketing purposes. Let us tell you that MRT company owns the rights to the Hindi version of KGF 2, so they have filed a copyright infringement complaint.
Acting on a complaint filed by M Naveen Kumar, business partner of MRT Music, the city police have registered a case against Rahul Gandhi, Rajya Sabha member Jairam Ramesh and Congress's social media and digital platform chairperson Supriya Srinet.
A complaint has been registered against the party and the other two leaders, including Rahul Gandhi, under sections 403 (dishonest misappropriation of property), 465 (forgery), 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the IPC and section 63 of the Copyright Act, 1957.
Even before this controversy, Rahul Gandhi has been in trouble during the India Jodo Yatra. Sometimes a photo of him with actress Poonam Kaur was revealed, in which he was walking holding Poonam's hand during the journey. As soon as this photo went viral, the opposition made a lot of political attacks on Rahul Gandhi.
