Elon Musk: Problems of X's owner are going to increase, call came from here for questioning

Elon Musk, owner of the social media platform said that this action has been taken in case of Brazilian law being broken in Brazil. Elon Musk has said in his post on X that he has received a notice from the US House of Representatives regarding the investigation regarding breaking the law in Brazil.

Elon Musk made the statement about the X accounts that were deleted for providing false data after a Brazilian judge requested a probe into Musk's possible contempt of court. Chief Justice Alexandre de Moraes of the Brazilian Supreme Court announced on Sunday that he will look into Musk's possible involvement in aiding and abetting a criminal organisation to obstruct the case.

Additionally, according to Alexandre de Morais, the platforms aid in undermining Brazilian law enforcement and encouraging criminal activity. Brazil's sovereignty is in jeopardy due to the court order and the absence of further involvement. He said that the social media platform has disregarded the order of the Supreme Court. The account, which was ordered closed by the court, was reactivated. For disobeying the court order, a fine of one lakh Brazilian Real i.e. about Rs 16,45,495 lakh will be imposed on the platform for every day the account is activated.

The Chief Justice of Brazil wrote social networks cannot do their work without any law. The platform was issued an order to block some accounts, however, it is not yet clear which accounts were ordered to be blocked by the court. Also, it is not clear what the court's order was in this matter. Musk further writes in his post that soon everything will be told as per the demand of the judge.
