Elon Musk may have to face legal hurdles for naming Twitter as X, know what is the whole matter

Elon Musk, the world's richest person, has changed the name of his social media platform Twitter to X, but Musk's difficulties may increase with this name. They may have to face legal hurdles.
A report by news agency Reuters stated that other big tech companies such as Meta and Microsoft also use the X (X) trademark in many of their products. For this reason, Twitter, which recently changed to x.com, may have to get caught in legal stakes for using the x trademark.
x trademark has over 900 registrations in the US. Several companies also use this trademark. Microsoft has been using the x trademark since 2003 for its Xbox video game system. Meta Platforms also uses the X trademark. The company registered it in 2019 in blue and white color.
In the news agency Reuters report, trademark lawyer Josh Gerben was told that it is 100 percent possible that a lawsuit can be filed on behalf of a company on Twitter.
A trademark is very important for any company and gives a different identity to the company through its brand name and tagline etc.
Elon Musk's announcement to convert Twitter into X.com was made yesterday. After this, the Twitter logo has been replaced with a black and white X by removing the bluebird. Along with this, the head office of the company has also been named X.
