BYD Seal EV launching tomorrow; Know the possible price, range and feature details
BYD will launch its third product Seal EV in the Indian market tomorrow i.e. on 4th March. Seal EV has a length of 4800 mm, width of 1875 mm and height of 1460 mm. Its exterior design features crystal LED headlamps, boomerang-shaped LED DRLs, and taillights. It offers a claimed range of 570 km (WLTP cycle) on a single charge.

The Seal EV measures 4800 mm in length, 1875 mm in width and 1460 mm in height. Its exterior design features crystal LED headlamps, boomerang-shaped LED DRLs, and taillights.
Talking about the interior, the Seal offers a premium look with soft-touch materials. The dashboard is highlighted by a 15.6-inch rotatable touchscreen infotainment system, also offered in the Atto 3. Its digital driver display is 10.25 inches. Talking about other features, it comes with a head-up display and 2 wireless charging pads.
It will have an 82.5kWh battery pack, which offers a claimed range of 570 km (WLTP cycle) on a single charge. The sedan will be equipped with a rear axle-mounted motor that generates 230bhp and 360Nm of peak torque and accelerates from 0 to 100 kmph in under 6 seconds.
The ex-showroom price of BYD Seal is expected to be between Rs 55 lakh to Rs 60 lakh. The Seal EV will serve as BYD's new flagship model in India, joining the e6 MPV and Atto3 crossover SUV, priced at Rs 29.15 lakh and Rs 33.99 lakh, ex-showroom.
