Buy a house near the office or leave the company! IBM issued new order in the name of company managers

A memo has been sent to all IBM managers residing in the United States by the software company IBM.

IBM managers were requested in the memo to report to the client location or the office. No matter where they currently work, IBM managers are required to report three days a week.

According to a Bloomberg report, such a memo was issued by the company to those managers who work remotely i.e. without coming to the office.

These managers don't reside near the office. The corporation has requested that the managers move close to the office because of this.

The company has also assigned a deadline to IBM managers for this. This memo makes it quite obvious that starting in August of this year, managers will have to obey business directives.

The management has been warned by the corporation that they will face consequences if they disregard this directive.

The business has made it quite apparent that these managers will not be allowed to work for it in the future. Thus, these managers will need to depart from the organisation. The company issued this memo to its managers on January 16.

IBM is focusing on providing a working environment where there is flexibility regarding work.

Along with this, the company wants that there should be face-to-face discussions regarding the work so that better production can be done. Along with this, the company is working towards the goal of providing better service to its customers.
