Updated model of BMW C 400 GT scooter launched in India; Read about the price and features

BMW Motorrad India has launched its new and updated BMW C 400 GT premium mid-size scooter in India. The scooter will be made available as a Completely Built-Up Unit (CBU) and can be booked from BMW Motorrad dealerships in India. The ex-showroom pricing for BMW C 400 GT has been fixed at around Rs 12 lakh.

Some new features have been offered in the BMW C 400 GT scooter, including a 10.25-inch TFT screen with Connectivity Pro, more storage capacity, and new safety features. The scooter comes in two paint colors - Blackstorm Metallic and Diamond White Metallic, with the latter in the "Exclusive" trim. This variant also gets golden wheels, black stitching in the seat, golden brake calipers, slightly tinted windscreen, and stainless-steel footboard inserts, giving it a premium look.

The BMW C 400 GT is powered by a water-cooled, 4-stroke, single-cylinder engine with a displacement of 350cc. It delivers power of 34 hp at a rate of 7,500 rpm and torque of 35 Nm at a rate of 5,750 rpm. It features a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) and a power-set swingarm with high torsional stiffness for excellent performance. Additionally, the scooter complies with the latest EU-5+ emission standards.

BMW Motorrad has added many new safety and comfort features to this scooter. The scooter has safety technologies like ABS Pro, Dynamic Brake Control (DBC), Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), and Engine Drag Torque Control (MSR). Apart from this, it has an LED headlight and adjustable windscreen, which improves visibility in night driving and gives more comfort to the rider. Apart from this, it also has a keyless ride function, which can be easily started and operated.
