Ather Energy is preparing to introduce a new 450X electric scooter soon. The company has named it Ather 450X Apex. The electric two-wheeler manufacturer has already started releasing new teasers of the electric scooter.

Ather has started booking for 450X Apex. Interested customers can book this electric scooter through Ather's website by paying a token amount of Rs 2,500. Its delivery will start in March 2024.

In the teaser presented by the company, this scooter can be seen with a new riding mode. It will be called Warp+, which means it will be on top of the existing Warp mode. The Warp+ riding mode is expected to replace the Warp mode on the 450X Apex.

The teaser shows the 450X Apex in camouflage beating the existing 450X in a drag race. It is important to note that the 450X is one of the fastest electric scooters in the Indian market. The top speed of the 450X Apex is going to be much better. The current 450X takes 3.3 seconds to accelerate from 0-40 kmph.

It has also been told in the teaser that the rider will not need to use the brakes much. This is probably a hint towards multi-level brake regenerative. Therefore, the rider can turn the throttle to the other side to increase the level of brake regenerative. This will also help in improving the riding range of the electric scooter.

At present, it is not known what changes Ather will make in the battery pack and electric motor. The electric scooter was hidden in its teaser, so cosmetic changes have also not been disclosed. However, it is expected that the manufacturer will offer a transparent option as Ather Energy CEO Tarun Mehta has confirmed that the transparent colour option will be returning.
