BJP's question to Uddhav on the grave of terrorist Yakub

A political battle has started in Maharashtra over the grave of Mumbai blast convict Yakub Memon. The BJP has alleged that during the tenure of the Uddhav government, marble and LED lights were installed around the grave. BJP leader Ram Kadam has also released its pictures on social media.
Ram Kadam wrote a post on social media saying – Why has the tomb of the culprit Yakub been decorated? Why is so much respect being given to the grave of the man who was responsible for the death of hundreds of people? Yakub was convicted of the 1993 bomb blasts and was sentenced to death by the Supreme Court.
Usually, a tomb is excavated after 18 months, but Jacob's tomb was not excavated even after 5 years. Questions have been raised about the tomb of Jacob in the past as well. Yakub's cousin Mohammad Abdul Rauf Memon had filed a complaint with the LT Marg police in 2020.
Rauf had alleged that the trustees sold the graveyard of Yakub Memon of the cemetery for Rs 5 lakh. According to sources, after the dispute, the Maharashtra government can get a bulldozer to run on Yakub's grave.

The 1993 Mumbai bomb blast convict Yakub was a chartered accountant. He was involved in the conspiracy of the blasts. According to the CBI charge sheet, Yakub used to look after the finances of the terrorist organization of Dawood Ibrahim and Tiger Memon. In 1994, the CBI arrested Yakub from the New Delhi railway station.
In 2013, the Supreme Court convicted him and sentenced him to death, after which Yakub was hanged in Nagpur jail in 2015.
On March 12, 1993, 257 people were killed and over 700 were injured in blasts at 12 crowded places in Mumbai. There was also a blast in the basement of the 28-storey building of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). 50 people were killed in this.
