This doodle shows two cartoon birds playing cricket on a cricket pitch, surrounded by old-timey items such as stumps, balls, and bats. By clicking on the doodle, one can play Google's unique 'Mini Cup' game, developed to enhance the fun of this tournament.

In this light-hearted game, players play as a batter who has to face the balls of a unique bird bowler. Just swing the bat by tapping on the screen and try to hit big shots. The welcome screen of the game reads, “Are you ready to play the Mini Cup? Save your wicket and score as many runs as possible along with fans from all over the world. But beware! The third season of the Women's Premier League is starting today, with Gujarat Giants facing their initial game against defending champions Royal Challengers Bangalore. The exciting match is to be held in Vadodara on Friday. The WPL is to be held in four cities this year—starting in Vadodara, moving to Lucknow, Mumbai, and concluding in Bengaluru.
