There are continuous protests against the arrest of Telugu Desam Party chief and former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu. On Monday (October 2), TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh and party workers staged a hunger strike in Delhi's Lodhi Estate.

Chandrababu Naidu's son Nara Lokesh says that the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister is filing false cases against him. He has termed it as political witchcraft.

Nara Lokesh said that Naidu is known for efficiency, transparency, and integrity. Today, we have a mad person as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and he is filing false cases against a trusted politician. This is nothing but political witchcraft. Nara Lokesh further said that he has kept two cases ready, if Naidu gets bail in this case, he can be remanded again in two other cases.

Nara Lokesh has claimed that the government is filing false cases against him too and has threatened to put his wife and mother in jail. He said that notice had been given to appear in a case that was completely unrelated to my ministry when I was a minister. They are sending notices to many people. They have also threatened to register a case against my wife and my mother and send them to jail.

Nara Lokesh said this is a crazy administration that we are dealing with in the state of Andhra Pradesh. I urge every Indian to stand with Naidu and support him.

Party workers staged a hunger strike in Delhi's Lodhi Estate with 'I am with CBN' posters demanding the release of former Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu. From candle marches to rallies, TDP workers are showing their anger across the country demanding the release of Chandrababu Naidu. It is noteworthy that Chandrababu Naidu was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on September 9 in the skill development scam worth crores of rupees.
