New 2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200 launched in India; Know what's new
2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200: Bajaj Auto has finally launched the new and updated 2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200 motorcycle in the Indian market. This is the first update in more than a decade.
Bajaj Auto has finally introduced the new and updated 2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 motorcycle in the Indian market. This is the first update in over a decade and is relatively a minor update. There is a slight increase in its price. This bike is available for less than Rs 2 lakh. The motorcycle can be booked online or at the nearest dealership for interested customers, while delivery is expected to begin shortly.
There is no big change in design. The motorcycle is the same looking as before upfront. All faired body panels are covered with all angular bodywork. There is a twin-pod LED headlamp setup along with a three-dot DRL up top. However, now everything gets new graphics.
At the rear, the bike gets a revised tail section. It now gets integrated LED taillights shaped like a split bracket. Each of these combines the pod, indicator, and tail lamp into a single unit. Overall, most of the design remains the same. However, it is now offered in three color options. Which include black, white, and red colors.
As for the feature list, it comes with a colored LCD instrument cluster sourced from the NS 400Z, along with new switchgear. There's Bluetooth connectivity available, turn-by-turn navigation, and alerts for calls/notifications.
The new Pulsar RS200 does not feature any mechanical changes. It continues to sport the same liquid-cooled, 199cc, single-cylinder engine. This engine puts out 24.5 hp of power at 9,750 rpm and 18.7 Nm at 8,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch. For safety, it comes with dual-channel ABS. There are three riding modes in the bike - off-road, road, and rain.
The motorcycle gets telescopic front forks and a mono-shock setup at the rear. This is a bit disappointing, considering the fact that the company's model in the same segment, the NS 200, comes with USD front forks. It has disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS. And gets 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 110 and 170-section rubber.
