Neighbouring youth raped a minor in Jaipur

In Jaipur, a case of rape of a neighbour's youth with a school girl has come to light. The accused neighbour used to chase and molest the minor while going to school. On getting an opportunity, the accused raped the minor by taking her hostage in the room after finding her alone. The victim's father has lodged a report under the POCSO Act at Galtagate police station. ACP (Ramganj) Sunil Prasad is investigating the case.
Police said that a person resident of Galtagate has lodged the report. His 16-year-old daughter studies at the school. While coming and going to school, the neighbour's youth chases and molests the minor daughter. Many times even complained to his family. Even after that, he did not understand. On March 12, the minor daughter was missing from home for a long time.
On searching, the accused was found to have raped the minor daughter at the neighbour's house. On asking the minor daughter, she told that the accused neighbour had raped her many times in the past by threatening her. On coming to know about this, the victim's father went to the Galtagate police station and registered a case. The police have started the investigation by filing a report against the accused neighbour under the POCSO Act.
